The state of our health is visible to the world around us.
Our ability to climb stairs, walk to the car, fit into an airline seat, along with our skin, hair and nails all paint a picture.
Not to mention our digestive health, mental health and sleep patterns are all be visible to the outside world.
What’s not visible is how we feel about being healthy.
